Gamma Aminobutyric acid powder is a kind of white or slightly yellow crystalline powder, with strong hygroscopicity, easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in hot ethanol, insoluble in benzene, cold ethanol, diethyl ether and other organic solvents, slightly odorous, no optical activity, polar substance, melting point is 203-205℃.
